Any thoughts on my number? Whether there are clues to US vs overseas manufacture, or date?

What's the top tube length on yours? If center to center is 21' you have a pro long, which is what they were called before they went to limo. I've never seen a pro with the SN on the BB. That wasn't a frame from a complete bike.
